COORDINATION

The central office situated at the Digantar campus coordinates all the programmes of Digantar and provides support and assistance for smooth and effective functioning. The major responsibilities include logistical arrangements for participants of various training/workshops and visitors to the campus and schools. In addition, the coordination unit manages the purchase of articles/stationary, and maintenance of equipment, vehicles, maintaining accounts and support systems. The unit manages the common resources of the organisation and assists in recruitment, storekeeping, managingthe library, and maintainingthe campus in good condition. The unit organizes periodic meetings, to review its functions and ensure smooth functioning.
