Rajesh is an experienced professional having an experience of three and a half decades. He worked as teacher of English Language and Literature in various colleges and universities both in India and abroad for 20+ years. Moving to the informal sector, he has worked as Executive Director of the Academic Resource Unit (TARU) at Digantar, Education Specialist at Azimpremji Foundation (APF) and Lead, Academics at Sterlite EdIndia Foundation (SEIF). Besides English language teaching, Rajesh is interested in philosophy and psychology of education, assessment and educational research. He has done masters in English and has been awarded Ph.D. for his work in English Language Teaching (ELT). Currently he is working as Director of Digantar Shiksha Evam Khelkud Samiti.
Pragya has been engaged in the field of education for over a decade. Her experience encompasses classroom teaching at primary and secondary levels, development of Teaching-Learning materials & modules, and facilitating in-service Teacher Education programmes, and providing grassroots support to teachers. She has previously worked in Eklavya and Azim Premji Foundation. Pragya holds a B.Sc., M.Sc. in Physics, and M.Ed. from Azim Premji University, Bangalore, along with a B.Ed.
Hari Narayan is a resident of Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan. He has been working at Digantar for the last 33 years, handling various responsibilities related to Digantar's library, store, office, and accounts. He currently holds the position of Chief Accountant and Office In-charge.
Noratmal has been associated with Digantar Vidyalaya for the last 30 years. He has provided academic support to the teachers of Digantar Vidyalaya as well as to other organisations. Currently, he is working as the coordinator, responsible for ensuring a better relationship with the community, improving the school's functioning, conducting teacher training, developing teaching materials, and coordinating with every member of the school, in addition to classroom teaching. He holds an M.A. in Sociology and is presently settled in Jaipur.
Hemant has been working with the children and teachers of Digantar Vidyalaya on various aspects of education for the last approximately 20 years. His areas of focus include teaching children, training teachers, and providing academic support to the teachers' group. In addition to these responsibilities, he also offers academic assistance to teachers from other organisations. Currently, he holds the position of coordinator at Digantar Vidyalaya. He has a B.Ed. degree and a Master's Degree in Sociology. He is presently residing in Jaipur.
Mahesh coordinates capacity-building programmes within the Academic Resource Unit (TARU) of Digantar. He has been working in the field of education for more than a decade. His previous experience encompasses classroom teaching at primary, Upper primary and secondary levels, development of Teaching-Learning materials & modules, and facilitating in-service Teacher Education programmes, and providing grassroots support to government teachers. Mahesh holds Master’s degree in Microbiology and Sociology, along with a B.Ed.
