As the name suggests, The Resource Support Unit (also known as TRSU) provides support and assistance for smooth and effective functioning of all the programs of Digantar. The major responsibilities of TRSU includes undertaking logistical arrangements for all the visitors to the campus and schools, making stay and travel arrangements for the participants attending the training programmes and workshops in Digantar, purchase and maintenance of equipments, vehicles and articles, maintaining accounts and personnel systems. The unit manages the common resources of the organisation - computer, library, stores, and the campus. TRSU also assists in recruitment, storekeeping, keeping the library and campus in good condition and providing logistic support for all new and ongoing activities of the organisation.

The unit organizes a weekly meeting, the purpose of which is to reflect on the work done, to solve any problem and bottlenecks that may have arisen and to consequently look for probable ways for its improvement in order to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
